RESOLUTION NO. 89 13
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF $6,500 FOR THE COUNTY CHRISTMAS
DINNER/DANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 87-5 WHICH
ESTABLISHED THAT PERSONNEL REI~TED EXPENDITURES
ARE VALID AND PROPER FOR COUNTY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-5 states that
the Board of County Commissioners of Collier county, Florida, shall
adopt a Resolution authorizing the expenditures of County funds for
seasonal or holiday promotional expenditures desi~ned or intended to
promote or engender good will toward the ac':.ivities, services and
projects of the County and to enhance the imagn of County Government
within the Community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY,'
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
The expenditure of funds in an amount not to exceed
$6,500 is hereby approved for the 1988 County Christmas Dinner/Dance.
