WHEI<FAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 83-7 states that the Board of
County Carrnissioners shall adopt rules arrl regulations which provide
classification of all positions, based on duties, authority and respon-
sibility of each position: with adequate provision.] for reclassification
of any positions warranted by changed circumstance~ of ""rk: arrl
WHEI<FAS, Collier County Resolution No. 85-: 93 which adopted the
current Collier County Personnel Rules arrl Reyulations provides ill
Section 8-4 that arrendments to the Pay Plan shall be considered by the
IIuman Resources Director when changes of respomibilities d ""rk or
classes, living costs, availability of labor supply, prevail~ ra':es of
pay, the County's financial oondition arrl pcllicip.s, or other !yrtinent
econcrnic considerations warrant such action. Said section further
provides that the County Manager may recarmend to the Board of County
COrmissioners arrendrrents of the Pay Plan by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Hmran Resources Director l:'OCQI'le.OOs that new pay
titles of Envirornental Services l\dministrator arrl Project Managerrent
Director be established in the Pay Plan.

OF OJLLIER OJUNI'Y, FLORIDA, that:

Resolution No. 88-215 is hereby supplerrented arrl amen:led to incorporate
the following ~ (2) pay titles arrl corresponding job descriptions
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
