I wish to inform you that our projects and results have improved the 4uality of life for our citizens who both live and work within the eRA's boundary. In addition, the projects also increased the value of the area economically as you will see in the supporting materials. Most of the credit for these gains come from the hard work of our dedicated staff and the leadership of our Executive Director, David Jackson. Our outlook for 2008 is very positive. building on our momentum of the past seven years, and with the support of our citizens, advisory board members and of course, you the eRA Board, we are focused on endcavors that continue to enhance the Quality o(Liji' and help raise the Economic Viability and Diversity of the area. Please note from the attached reports the vibrant fiscal health of our resources due to prudent and judicious selection of projects that create the most benefit for our citizens. All this wouldn't be possible without the guidance and support of you, the Commissioners of the CRA.
