RESOLUTION NO. 2008-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLUER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT DARCY KIDDER
TO THE OCHOPEE FIRE DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 89-98 confirms the creation of the Ochopee
Fire District Advisory Board and provides that the advisory broad shall be composed of
five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the OChopee Fire District Advisory Board has provided the Board of
County Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Darcy Kidder is hereby appointed to the Ochopee
Fire District Advisory Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to
expire on December 31, 2008.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and unanimous vote.
