RE:SOLUTION NO. 91-696
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
GLENVIEW PLACE AT F'ELICAN BAY, RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE
SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier county,
Florida, on August 21, 1986, approved the plat of Glenview place at
Pelican Bay for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadliay, drainage, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approved plans and specifications and as required by the
Subdivision Regulations (Collier County Ordinance No. 76-06, as
amended); and the utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance
(Collier county Ordinance No. 88-76, as amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of
the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and release of
his maintenance security; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF 'COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance be
granted for those roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in
Glenview Place at Pelican Bay, and authorize the Clerk to release
the maintenance security.
