Petition R-73-22- Cz Thie Petition was filed by the Naples Bath and Tennis Club, represented by Mr. Bill Barton, of Wilson, Miller. Barton & Soll. The Petition requestAd a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a 153.7 acre parcel of land in the S~ of the NE, and the N~ of the SE~ in Section l4, Township 49 South, Range 25 East. The Coas~al Area Planning and Zoning CommiSSion recommended the Board approve the Petition. Presentation of the project was made by Mr. Bill Barton. In his diacug~ion, he stated the Naples Bath and Tennis Club had made a $10,000.00 donation to the School Board. Exten- sive discussion of the project followed with Chairman Wenzel requesting impact studies be made to determine the future projec- tion for schools, etc. Following further discussion, Commissioner Mitchell moved, seconded by Commissioner Archer, approving the pun ORDINANCE, PetitiOn R-73-22-C, with all economic inspection survey to be made prior to the issuance of building permits, and carried unanimously. 5. Petition R-73-23-c : This Petition was filed by Jehov~h'~ Witnesses, a religious organization, requesting Provisional Use (3) of MF-lA Multi-Pamily district on Lots 9-l2, Block B. Unit 1, Naples Park Subdivision. for the purpose of creating additional room for their church. The Coastal Area Planning and Zoning Commission recommended the Board approve the Petition. 80 moved by Commissioner Mitchell, sec- onded by Commissioner Brown, and carried unanimously.
