RESOLUTION NO. 2007-302
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO REAPPOINT KENNETH
KELLY TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-65, as amended, created the Affordable
Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Affordable Housing Commission is composed of 9 members and 1
alternate; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Affordable Housing Commission has provided to the Board of County
Commissioners its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Kenneth Kelly, representing the categories of
construction and resident East of County Road 951, is hereby reappointed to the
Affordable Housing Commission for a three-year term, said term to expire on October 1,
2010.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Christine Hatosy Jones, who was appointed to fill
the vacancy as the City of Naples representative, does not reside within this
municipality. Therefore, this seat remains vacant.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
