A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MILTON LEONARD
• AS A CODE INSPECTOR FOR MARCO ISLAND y r
PURSUANT TO COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE
NO. 83-43.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 83-43 authorizes the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to designate interested
applicants who are citizens of Marco Island to serve as voluntary
Coda Inspectors; and
WHEREAS, the designation of those citizens to serve as Code
° , Enforcement Inspectors is to be done by Resolution of the Board
of County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Enforcement Supervisor has certified
that the following citizen and resident of Marco Island has
satisfactorily completed the training and qualification program
ea described below:

1. ' Taken and passed a Zoning Aptitude Test
2. Patrolled with a Collier County Zoning Investigator
to learn
proper procedures.
3. Read and understood the violation notice procedures {'
of Ordinance 83-43.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following citizen is +-
hereby designated as a Code Inspector pursuant to Collier County ,
Ordinance No. 83-43 and it- hereby empowered to perform such
• duties as prescribed by law:
