THIS SECOND AMENDMENT made and entered into on this I I I'C [2- Th (date),
in & Lawn Service Inc. (the "Contractor")and Collier County,
by and between Superior Landscaping ) tY
a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (the "County") (collectively, the "Parties"):
WHEREAS, on June 12, 2018 (Agenda Item 16.A.9), the County entered into Agreement
#18-7254 "Airport Road Landscape Maintenance" (the "Agreement") with the Contractor to provide
landscape and irrigation maintenance on services on Airport Pulling Road; and
WHEREAS, on January 28, 2019, the Parties executed the First Amendment to the
Agreement to revise Section 22. Payments Withheld, to correct a Scriveners error by replacing the
word"Contractor" with"County; and
WHEREAS, the Parties have exhausted all renewals and extensions allowed by the
Agreement and the Agreement is schedule to expire on December 08, 2023; and
WHEREAS,the Parties desire to extend the Agreement for an additional 180 days to allow
additional time for staff to solicit and enter into a new agreement for the services.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, it is agreed by the Parties as follows:
1. The above recitals are hereby incorporated into this Second Amendment as if fully set forth
herein.
2. Upon execution of this Second Amendment, the Agreement shall be extended an additional
180 days, providing for a new agreement expiration date of June 5, 2024.
3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as previously amended, shall remain the
same.
