A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING PAULA
ROGAN TO THE GOLDEN GATE BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-78 confirmed the creation of the Golden
Gate Beautification Advisory Committee which advises the Board of County Commissioners
(Board) on matters pertaining to the Golden Gate Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit
(MSTU); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 87-78, as subsequently amended, provides that this Advisory
Committee shall consist of 5 members who represent the voting precincts within the MSTU; and
WHEREAS, there is a vacant seat on this Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee has provided the Board with its recommendation
for reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that PAULA ROGAN, resident of
Precinct 323, is hereby reappointed to her seat on the Golden Gate Beautification Advisory
Committee, to serve a four-year term expiring on October 6, 2027.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 10th day of October, 2023.
