RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,
ACTING AS THE COLLIER COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY,
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE CERTAIN AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GRANT
AND AIRPORT INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT AGREEMENTS WITH THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AND ALL SUBSEQUENT
AMENDMENTS UPON BOARD APPROVAL.
WHEREAS, the Collier County Airport Authority has the authority to enter into the
attached agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration to undertake projects as authorized
by Chapter 332, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 14-60 of the Florida Administrative Code, and
Collier County Ordinance 2004-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of County Commissioners,
Collier County, Florida, acting as the Collier County Airport Authority,that:
1. Agreements 3-12-0142-017-2023 and 3-12-0142-018-2023 for the Marco Island Executive
Airport Bulk Hangar Construction, attached hereto, are hereby approved.
2. The County Manager, acting as and on behalf the Collier County Airport Authority, is
authorized to enter into, modify, or terminate the above-mentioned Airport Improvement
Program Grant and Airport Infrastructure Grant agreements with the Federal Aviation
Administration unless and until such authority is specifically rescinded.
3. Upon Board approval, the County Manager, acting as and on behalf of the Collier County
Airport Authority, is authorized to enter into, modify, or terminate all subsequent
amendments with the Federal Aviation Administration unless and until such authority is
specifically rescinded.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
ADOPTED this 2A6 day of Set/K/4er- 2023 after motion, second, and

THIS AMENDMENT TO THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION GRANT AGREEMENT("Amendment")is made and entered
into on , by and between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation
("Department"), and Collier County Airport Authority, ("Agency"),collectively referred to as the"Parties."
RECITALS
WHEREAS,the Department and the Agency on 8/22/2022 (date original Agreement entered)entered into a Public
Transportation Grant Agreement("Agreement").
WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to modify the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants in this Amendment, the Agreement is amended as
follows:
1. Amendment Description.The project is amended to increase state, local and federal funds in line with costs
associated with the construction phase of the project,
2. Program Area. For identification purposes only, this Agreement is implemented as part of the Department

Authority, is authorized to enter into, modify or terminate the above mentioned PTGA
Number G2861 agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation unless and until
it may be specifically rescinded.
1 Upon Board approval, the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, acting as the
Collier County Airport Authority, is authorized to enter into, modify or terminate all
subsequent amendments to PTGA Number G2861 with the Florida Department of
Transportation unless and until it may be specifically rescinded.
