A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIENS FOR
CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE PAID IN FULL THE 1995
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the
Board of County Commissioners on August 1, 2000 adopted Resolution No. 2000-236
authorizing the recording of notices of liens for the delinquent solid waste collection and
disposal services special assessments for 1995; and
Florida, which placed a lien on certain properties for the deiinquent solid waste collection
Record Book 2707, Pages 3195 through 3273 of the Official Records of Collier County,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2000-236, was recorded on August 8, 2000 in Official
and disposal services special assessments for 1995; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, requires the Board
to approve by Resolution and record in the Official Records a Satisfaction of Lien on all
accounts that have been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pursuant to Collier County
Ordinance 90-30, as amended the Board recognizes full payment and receipt of the 1995
Service Year Solid Waste Collectron and Disposal Special Assessment for the following
account numbered below, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution No. 2000-236,
whereupon a lien had been recorded on real property pertaining to the account identified
herein. The Satisfaction of Lien attached hereto referencing the account identified herein is
hereby approved and the Chairman is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of
County Commissioners, and the Clerk is directed to record this Resoiution and this
Satisfaction of Lien in the official records of Collier County:

RELEASE AND SATISFACTION OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA is the owner and holder of a
certain special assessment lien against:
Barbara L Galloway
939 Church Street
Copeland, Florida
The lien was created by Resolution No. 2000-236 of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, and recorded on the 8th day of August, 2000,
in Official Records Book 2707, Pages 3195, et seg., and specifically listed on Page 3209,
in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County. The lien secures the
principal sum of $102.89, plus interest and penalties, if any, and imposes certain
obligations against real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:

Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereby acknowledges

of Lien in the Official Records of Collier County, Florida, to acknowledge that the Lien
ceases to exist.
