A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING INITIAL MEMBERS TO THE
EAST OF 951 AD HOC ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on March 28, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No.
2023-54 establishing the East of 951 Ad Hoc Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Committee shall consist of five regular members and two alternate members;
and
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the initial appointments to the East of 951 Ad Hoc Advisory
Committee are as follows:
1. CHRISTINA AGUILERA, regular(Dist. 3)
2. MICHAEL RAMSEY, regular(Dist. 3)
3. KIMBERLEY ELLIS, regular(Dist. 5)
4. ROBERT RAINES, regular(Dist. 5)
5. MARK TEATERS, regular(Dist. 5)
6. RAE ANN BURTON, alternate(Dist. 5)
7. AARON ZWIEFEL, alternate(Dist. 5)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all members are hereby appointed for an initial term which
shall expire one year after the first meeting of the Committee (the sunset date of the Committee), unless
the Board of County Commissioners by Resolution extends the sunset date of the Committee, in which
case the terms of office of the members shall automatically be extended to the end of the extended term.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 23rd day of May, 2023.
