RESOLUTION NO. 2007-272
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
THE EAST OF COUNTY ROAD 951 INFRASTRUCTURE AND
SERVICES HORIZON STUDY PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
MASTER PLAN COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on July 25, 2006, the Board of County Commissioners adopted
Resolution No. 2006-181, establishing the East of County Road 951
Infrastructure and Services Horizon Study Public Participation Master Plan
Committee as an ad hoc committee consisting of fifteen (15) members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Committee; and
WHERAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public
notice soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. David H. Farmer, representing the category of Citizen, is hereby
appointed to the East of County Road 951 Infrastructure and Services Horizon
Study Public Participation Master Plan Committee to fulfill the remainder of the
vacant term, said term to expire on September 12, 2008.
2. Michael R. Ramsey, representing the Environmental category, is hereby
appointed to the East of County Road 951 Infrastructure and Services Horizon
Study Public Participation Master Plan Committee to fulfill the remainder of the
vacant term, said term to expire on September 12, 2008.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
