R. D4G, as right- ', � of-way for the widening and extension of the existing Goodlette Road/frank Boulevard, -' C. R. 851, and • WHEREAS, said County desires to exercise its property rights for said former • a. Railroad right-of-way as said Railroad similarly did for over 50 years by limiting • access with said Goodlette Road/Frank Boulevard across said former Railroad right- of-way, and said County and City roads and streets have been planned and constructed accordingly, and WHEREAS, all abutting owners or occupants of land along the westerly property line of said former railroad right-of-way currently have legal access with said _______•____ County and City roads and streets other than said Goodlette Road/Frank Boulevard, • . and _---= '.- WHEREAS, said 'oodlette Road/Frank Boulevard is currently and is planned to be improved as an arterial road intended to sirvr moderate to large traffic volumes, • traveling relatively long distancs at relatively high speed and level of service • with well controlled access, limited, in general , to collector streets, and said road borders ne ght:orhoods and connects widely separatr'd rural and'suburban comnunities and forms a link in said County's continuous arterial network designed for a free flow of through traffic; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, Olt since the City of Naples ha; by separate resolution, which is . attached hereto and made a part hereof, consented to the action of this resolution within said City, access with Goodlette Road/frank Boulevard, C. R. 851 along its westerly right-of-way line from the former 16th Avenue North to Immokalce Road, • C. R. 846, is hereby limited to existing and future public streets except where County road improvement plans for said streets reduce existing direct access with abutting property along said streets and arce-,c with said Goodlette Road/Frank. Poulevard is permitted in accordance with County ordinance No. 77-29 for work in the public rights-of-way; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Board be and is hereby authorized and directed , on behalf of said County to give notice of this resolution by publication in a news- r paper of general circulation in said City and County at least 15 days before this • , resolution shall become effective.
