Resolution 2023-040 RESOLUTION NO. 2023 - 4 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROHIBITING THE CONNECTION OF
CERTAIN STREETS TO LOGAN BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, the residents of Autumn Oaks Lane, Hidden Oaks Lane, Spanish Oaks Lane,
Golden Oaks Lane, Standing Oaks Lane, Shady Oaks Lane, Bur Oaks Lane, and English Oaks Lane
have requested that these residential streets not be extended to connect with Logan Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, there is no current intent or long term Transportation Plan by the County to
connect these residential streets to Logan Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that it is in the best interest of the
safety and welfare of these citizens to prohibit any such connection now or in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Autumn Oaks Lane, Hidden Oaks
Lane, Spanish Oaks Lane, Golden Oaks Lane, Standing Oaks Lane, Shady Oaks Lane, Bur Oaks
Lane, and English Oaks Lane are not to be extended to connect with Logan Boulevard.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 28th day of February, 2023.
