THIS ACC SS AND UTILITY EASEMENT, made and entered into this 30 day of

PA TNERSHIP, a Florida limited partnership, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2357,
LaBelle, Florida 33975, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), to the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF
COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, whose mailing address is 3335 East Tamiami Trail,
Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and their
respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. Grantor and Grantee are used for singular or
plural, as the context requires.)
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, two (2)
perpetual, non-exclusive easements for access and maintenance purposes upon and across
the following described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" which are incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, together with the right to enter
upon said land and to place and/or excavate materials for the purpose of providing and
maintaining access thereon. The easements granted herein shall constitute easements
running with the land and shall burden the lands described above.
Grantee shall maintain the easements described herein in a good state of repair at the
sole cost and expense of Grantee, its successors, and assigns.

2. Said corporation is currently in existence under valid Articles of Incorporation
and Bylaws and has not been terminated or dissolved.
3. That he is authorized by the Articles of Incorporation and/or Bylaws to execute
deeds, easements, and mortgages on behalf of the corporation, and all
necessary consents have been obtained.
4. The Corporation is not currently in any bankruptcy proceedings and is not a
