RESOLUTION NO. 90- 97
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENTS TO,
AND THE INCLUSION IN THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, TWO (2)
LELY ENTRANCE MONUMENTS INTO THE LELY GOLF ESTATES
BEAUTIFICATION MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNIT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 87-100,
the Board of County Commissioners is the governing Board of the 4�
Lely Golf Estates Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit;
and
1. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has designated
an Advisory Committee to assist in conducting the business
affairs of the Unit; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the Unit is to beautify and
maintain the median strips of streets and certain other areas
within the Unit's geographical boundaries; and
WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee determines and recommends
that the inclusion of the two (2) Entrance Monuments in the
existing median maintenance program would fulfill the purpose

stated in Collier County Ordinance 87-100; and
•
WHEREAS, an easement to each monument site includes legal ,
•
access for the purpose of maintaining said monuments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) The Board of County Commissioners approves the
Assignment of Easements from Lely Development Corporation to
Collier County which describes two (2) Lely Entrance Monuments
attached as Exhibits "A-1" and "A-2"; and
2) The Board of County Commissioners accepts said 4
monuments for inclusion into the existing Lely Golf Estates
Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit's median
maintenance program.
