RESOLUTION OF THE COLLIER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS (BCC) AUTHORIZING THE BCC CHAIR TO EXECUTE THE
STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
STANDARD GRANT AGREEMENT APPROVED ON 12 I 13)22 .
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) has the
authority to enter into the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Standard
Grant Agreement (the "Agreement"), for the Collier County Golden Gate City Water Resource
Protection/Restoration Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, on OeC6Mw 134" 2022, the BCC reviewed and approved the
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS THAT:
1. The BCC has the authority to execute the attached Agreement,
2. The BCC authorizes its Chair to execute the Agreement.
3. The BCC authorizes its Chair to sign any other related documents that may be required to
process the Agreement.
This Resolution was PASSED and DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County
