RESOLUTION NO. 2007-254
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO CONFIRM AND APPOINT
KATHLEEN MARR TO THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 80-80 created the Emergency Medical
Services Advisory Council; and
WHEREAS, the Bylaws of the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council provides
that the Advisory Council shall be composed of fourteen (14) regular members; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Joan Colfer, Director of the Collier County Health Department,
notified the Board of County Commissioners that her department's previous
representative is no longer available and is recommending the appointment of Kathleen
Marr to the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Kathleen Marr, representing the
Collier County Health Department, is hereby confirmed and appointed to the Emergency
Medical Services Advisory Council to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term
expiring August 31, 2008.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
