RESOLUTION NO. 2007-253
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO REAPPOINT MEMBERS TO
THE HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County adopted
Ordinance No. 80-66 creating the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida,
pursuant to Chapter 159, Part IV, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 80-66 provides that the Housing Finance Authority of
Collier County, Florida shall be composed of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two (2) vacancies and the term of one (1) member
will expire creating an additional vacancy on this board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida, has provided
the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. George C. Molhke, Jr., representing the categories of Labor and Commerce, is
hereby reappointed to the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida, for a
four-year term, said term to expire on September 11, 2011.
2. Rayburn Cadwallader, representing the categories of Law and Business, is
hereby reappointed to the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida, for a
four-year term, said term to expire on September 11, 2011.
3. Suzanne Bradach, representing the category of Finance, is hereby reappointed
to the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida, for a four-year term, said
term to expire on September 11, 2011.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
