A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ANITA ASHTON
TO THE LELY GOLF ESTATES BEAUTIFICATION MSTU
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-69 established the Lely Golf Estates
Beautification MSTU Advisory Committee as a five member advisory committee to advise the
Board of County Commissioners (Board) on matters pertaining the Lely Golf Estates
Beautification Municipal Services Taxing Unit; and
WHEREAS, there is a vacant seat on this Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties; and
WHEREAS, staff has provided the Board with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that ANITA ASHTON, resident of
the MSTU, is hereby appointed to the Lely Golf Estates Beautification MSTU Advisory
Committee to a four-year term expiring on October 1, 2026.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 8th day of November, 2022.
