Resolution 2022-144 RESOLUTION NO. 2022- 1 44 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FY 2022-23 FINAL BUDGET WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, has held an advertised public hearing on September 22, 2022 to finalize the FY 2022-23 Budget and Adopt the millage rates in accordance with Sections 129.03 and 200.065, Florida Statutes. WHEREAS, by approval of this budget and any subsequent Board-approved modifications, the Board hereby authorizes the use of these budgeted funds to execute Board policy and conduct County business, and declares that any purchases and expenditures in furtherance of the same serve a public purpose. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the attached list of Budgets by Fund is hereby adopted for FY 2022-23.
