Collier Clerk of Courts Office, at the VAB/BMR Office to process a petition for your Homestead, was a "Frozen/Blocked
Account". At this point, you will need to provide the $15 for filing fee for your petition &there is now a $25 Returned
Check fee. As stated above you have 10 days to bring this to our office so that we can process your petition. If you

Good morning.
Per the attached notice, check#658, in the amount of$15.00, was returned as"Frozen/Blocked Account". I believe this
check was receipted by Martha on 8/15/2022. Please void the receipt. I have never received a returned check from the
BMR side, so I don't know how you would like to handle this. Do you contact the person about it or would you like for
me to send her a letter? There is a $25.00 returned check fee for this.
