RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, ACTING
AS THE COLLIER COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY, APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE ATTACHED GRANT
AGREEMENT UNDER THE AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GRANT
AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION UPON BOARD APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Collier County Airport Authority has the authority to enter into the attached
agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration to undertake projects as authorized by Chapter
332, Florida Statutes, and Section 14-60 of the Florida Administrative Code, and Collier County
Ordinance 2004-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Board of County Commissioners acting
as the Collier County Airport Authority, Collier County, Collier County, Florida, that:
1. Agreement 3-12-0142-016-2022 for the Marco Island Executive Airport Bulk Hangar
Design, attached hereto, are hereby approved.
2. The County Manager acting as the Collier County Airport Authority, is authorized to enter
into, modify or terminate the above mentioned Airport Improvement Program Grant
agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration unless and until it may be specifically
rescinded.
3. Upon Board approval, the County Manager acting as the Collier County Airport Authority,
is authorized to enter into,modify or terminate all subsequent amendments with the Federal
Aviation Administration unless and until it may be specifically rescinded.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
ADOPTED this 2$'t day of June, 2022 after motion, second and majority vote in
favor of adoption.
