A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, MEMORIALIZING THE BOARD'S APPROVAL OF
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 VIA THE COUNTY INCENTIVE GRANT
PROGRAM (CIGP) WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
(FDOT), TO RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
SERVICES FOR COLLIER COUNTY PROJECT 60190 `AIRPORT ROAD FROM
VANDERBILT BEACH ROAD (CR862) TO IMMOKALEE ROAD (CR846)' AND
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) h a s entered
into a County Incentive Grant Program (CIGP) Agreement with Collier County,
wherein FDOT authorizes the County to receive reimbursement for Design and Construction
Services in the amount of Six Million, Four Hundred and Twenty Eight Thousand, One
Hundred ($6,428,100) dollars for Collier County Project 60190 `Airport Road from Vanderbilt
Beach Road to Immokalee Road';and
WHEREAS, FDOT has issued Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the CIGP Agreement,
which moves the design funds from FY20/21 to FY21/22; and
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners finds that it is in
the best interests of the citizens of Collier County to coordinate the County project with
FDOT in a cost-efficient manner,by approving Supplemental Agreement No. 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA,that:
1. The Board of County Commissioners approves the Supplemental Agreement No.
1 and authorizes its Chairman to execute the Agreement on its behalf.
2. The Collier County Clerk of Court is hereby directed to forward a certified copy
of this Resolution, along with an executed copy of Supplemental Agreement No.
1,to the Florida Department of Transportation.

This Supplemental Agreement("Supplemental"),dated arises from the desire to supplement the State-Funded
Grant Agreement("Agreement")entered into and executed on December 7.2020 as identified above. All provisions in the
Agreement and supplements, if any,remain in effect except as expressly modified by this Supplemental.
The parties agree that the Agreement is to be amended and supplemented as follows:
Exhibit B SCHEDULE OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE is replaced in it's entirety by the attached"AMENDED EXHIBIT
B"and is incorporated by reference.
Reason for this Supplemental and supporting engineering and/or cost analysis:
"AMENDED EXHIBIT B"reflects the correct FDOT fiscal year for Design(FY 22)and Construction(FY 23).Design was
originally programmed for FY 21 and was deferred by the department to FY 22 to cover the departments cost overrun.
