Resolution 2022-063A RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - 63A
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING CITIZEN MEMBERS
OF THE VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 194.015, Florida Statutes, created a Value Adjustment Board for each
county; and
WHEREAS, Section 194.015, Florida Statutes, provides that the Board of County
Commissioners shall appoint two of its members and one citizen member to the Value Adjustment Board;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on July 7, 2015 by way of Resolution No.
2015-144 appointed REBECCA EARNEY as its citizen member on the Value Adjustment Board for a
term without expiration; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on April 9, 2019 by way of Resolution No.
2019-58 appointed JILL ROSENFELD as its alternate citizen member on the Value Adjustment Board for
a term without expiration; and
WHEREAS, on April 12, 2022 under agenda item 10B, staff of the Clerk of Courts requested that
the Board of County Commissioners confirm and ratify its prior appointments of citizen members of the
Value Adjustment Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the prior appointments of REBECCA EARNEY as a citizen
member and JILL ROSENFELD as an alternate citizen member of the Value Adjustment Board are
hereby confirmed and ratified.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 12th day of April, 2022.
