Resolution 2022-056 RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - 56 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING MICHAEL LYSTER AND GERALD GODSHAW TO THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, on January 12, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted Ordinance No. 21-02 reestablishing the County Government Productivity Committee (Committee), which was further amended by Ordinance No. 21-16; and WHEREAS,the Committee shall consist of eleven members,with one member appointed from each of the five commission districts and six members at-large, in accordance with the qualifications described in Ordinance No. 21-02, as amended; and WHEREAS, there are six vacant at-large seats on the Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, Commissioner Burt Saunders has made a nomination for reappointments, in accordance with the requirements stated in Ordinance No. 21-02, as amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that MICHAEL LYSTER and GERALD GODSHAW are each hereby reappointed to the County Government Productivity Committee as at-large members,to serve two-year terms expiring on March 9, 2024.
