A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTIONS OF LIEN
FOR CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN
FULL, INCLUDING INTEREST, ARISING FROM THE 1992
1993, 1994, AND 1995 DELINQUENT SOLID WASTE
COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on
September 13, 1994 adopted Resolution No. 94-668 authorizing the recording of notices of liens
for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment for 1992; and
WHEREAS. pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on
September 20, 1994, adopted Resolution No. 94-694 authorizing the recording of notices of liens
for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment for 1993; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on
August 22, 1995, adopted Resolution No. 95-475 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for
the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment for 1994; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on
August 1, 2000, adopted Resolution No. 2000-236 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for
the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment for 1995; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, requires the Board to
approve by Resolution and record in the Official Records Satisfactions of Lien on all accounts that
have been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that
Pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board recognizes full
payment and receipt of the 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 Service Year Solid Waste Collection and
