A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA MEMORIALIZING THE BOARD'S
APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT FUNDED
AGREEMENT FM#437103-1-88-01 WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION, AMENDING EXHIBIT B IN ORDER TO
UNENCUMBER UNUSED FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,375, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, on October 12, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved an
Amendment to Department Funded Agreement FM#437103-1-88-01 with the Florida Department of
Transportation ("FDOT"), amending Exhibit B in order to unencumber unused funds in the amount
of $18,375 and authorized the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute the
Amendment; and
WHEREAS, the FDOT requires that the Board provide a Resolution memorializing and
confirming the Board's aforementioned affirmative vote to approve the Amendment.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. On October 12, 2021 the Board of County Commissioners approved by majority vote
an Amendment to the Department Funded Agreement FM#437103-1-88-01 with FDOT and
authorized the Chairman to sign the Amendment.
2. This Resolution memorializes and confirms the Board's approval of such Amendment.
3. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded by the Collier County Clerk to
FDOT along with the executed Amendment.
This Resolution is hereby adopted after motion, second and majority vote this 101,1 day of
