Resolution 2022-007 RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - 07 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING FOUR MEMBERS TO THE COLLIER COUNTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 93-76, as amended, established the Collier County Development Services Advisory Committee (DSAC) to serve as a primary communication link between the Growth Management Department,the development industry,and the citizens of Collier County;and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 93-76, as amended, provides that this Advisory Committee shall consist of fifteen (15) members who represent the various aspects of the development industry and, when possible, shall include one or more members from specified classifications; and WHEREAS,four seats on this Advisory Committee expired on December 14,2021; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, DSAC has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendation for reappointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that JAMES BOUGHTON, CLAY BROOKER, JEFFREY CURL, and CHRIS MITCHELL, are each hereby reappointed to their respective seats on the Collier County Development Services Advisory Committee,to serve four-year terms expiring on December 14,2025;and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the term limit restrictions for DSAC members as stated in the Code of Laws, Section 2-1033(b),are hereby waived for purposes of this reappointment.
