NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: 1. It hereby requests TIITF to grant the Easement described in Exhibit "A" for the benefit of the public. 2. It is beneficial for the State of Florida and its citizens to allow for the Easement on TIIIF owned property. 3. Because of the benefit to the citizens of the State of Florida, and especially to adjacent TIITF-owned lands of the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Collier County requests all fees for the described Easement be waived.
