CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE OF THE GAC LAND TRUST, having a mailing address of 3301 East Tamiami Trail, Naples,
Florida 34112, hereinafter called the Grantor, to COLLIER COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF
FLORIDA FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING DIVISION OF COLLIER COUNTY,
hereinafter referred to as Grantee,whose mailing address is 2885 Horseshoe Drive South,Naples,Florida 34104.
(Whenever used herein the terms "Grantor" and"Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations.)

Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,has granted,bargained and sold to the Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever,the
