RESOLUTION NO. 2007-207
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO REAPPOINT GARY D.
LIND TO THE HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County adopted
Ordinance No. 80-66 creating the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida,
pursuant to Chapter 159, Part IV, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 80-66 provides that the Housing Finance Authority of
Collier County, Florida shall be composed of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida, has provided
the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Gary D. Lind, representing the
category of Finance, is hereby reappointed to the Housing Finance Authority of Collier
County, Florida, for a four-year term, said term to expire on June 25, 201lo
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
