5. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the
document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.

7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip N/A
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

AMENDMENT TO INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
FOR ELECTION SERVICES
This Amendment to Interlocal Agreement, made and entered into this I St day of
`, 4p4f-w.b , 2021,by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,Florida,
(hereinafter referred to as the "County"), the City of Naples, Florida, (hereinafter referred to as
"City"), and the Collier County Supervisor of Elections (Supervisor).
WHEREAS, onSrgt- i5 , 2021, the County, City and the Supervisor entered into an
Interlocal Agreement for Election Services,a copy of which is attached hereto(hereinafter referred
to as the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to provide for early voting in the
City's upcoming election.
NOW THEREFORE,in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties
agree as follows:
1. Paragraph 4 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
There will be ne early voting in the February 1,2022, City of Naples General Election.
2. Except as specifically set forth herein, the remaining terms of the Interlocal
Agreement remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties hereto authorize this Agreement and affix their hand
and seal this 15 day of b 4 ._ ,2021 by the City Council of the City of Naples,and
this day of S ,2021 by the Collier County Board of County Commissioners
and the Supervisor of Elections of Collier County.
