WHEREAS, onSrgt- i5 , 2021, the County, City and the Supervisor entered into an Interlocal Agreement for Election Services,a copy of which is attached hereto(hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to provide for early voting in the City's upcoming election. NOW THEREFORE,in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties agree as follows: 1. Paragraph 4 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: There will be ne early voting in the February 1,2022, City of Naples General Election. 2.
