Additionally, two signals were added in FY 2021, bringing the current count to 53 signals and increasing the compensation for FY 2021. Exhibit"B Method of Compensation" of the AGREEMENT is hereby replaced in total by the attached and incorporated by reference as "AMENDED EXHIBIT"B"METHOD OF COMPENSATION". C. All expressions used herein, unless herein separately defined, shall have the same meaning herein as in the AGREEMENT. This exhibit forms an integral part of the Agreement between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation and Collier County referenced by the above Financial Project Number.
