(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns. regardless of the number and gender in which used, shall be deemed to include any other gender or number as the context or the use thereof may require.) THIS PROPERTY IS GRANTOR'S HOMESTEAD ALL RIGHT AND PRIVILEGE herein granted shall remain in full force and effect by the Grantor, his successors and assigns on the lands described in Exhibit"A", and cause this Agreement to run with the land in perpetuity, or until such time that Grantee constructs turnarounds at the end of designated streets, or elects to terminate this Agreement by providing advance notice to the property owner or his/her successor(s). ADDITIONALLY, the rights and interest granted hereunder are conditioned upon the reasonable exercise thereof by Grantee. Grantee agrees not to unreasonably interfere with Grantor's use of the lands described in Exhibit"A", and agrees to provide Grantor with advance notice when exercising its rights hereunder.
