· Deadline to accept petitions (25 days following TRIM mailing as

· "Good Cause" Hearing to be heard by Attorney Special

· Direct staff to look at possible alternatives to late filings
· Deadline set for late filed petitions - 14 days after filing deadline
(possible reduction in deadline for late-filing to 7 days in 2008)
