A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA ACCEPTING COUNTY MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TRACT "R" AND
AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
CERTAIN ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS IN ORANGE BLOSSOM RANCH
PHASE 1B (A/K/A THE GROVES AT ORANGE
BLOSSOM), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES
67 THROUGH 71, AND AUTHORIZING RELEASE
OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
January 10, 2006, approved the plat of Orange Blossom Ranch Phase 1B for recording;
and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and
drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as
amended); and
WHEREAS, Tract "R", Orange Blossom Ranch Phase 1B, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 67-71, in the public records of Collier County,
Florida, was dedicated to the County with the responsibility for maintenance in plat
dedication paragraph D.3; and
WHEREAS, the County seeks to formally accept maintenance responsibilities for
Tract "R", Orange Blossom Ranch Phase 1B, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 45, Pages 67-71, in the public records of Collier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements and release of the maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Development Review Division has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is
hereby granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Orange Blossom Ranch
Phase 1B (a/k/a The Groves at Orange Blossom), pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 45, pages 67 through 75, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the
maintenance security.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements within Orange Blossom Ranch Phase 1B (a/k/a The Groves at Orange
Blossom), except Tract "R", will be maintained privately in the future and will not be the
responsibility of Collier County. Collier County will maintain Tract "R", which was
dedicated on the plat to the County as public right-of-way.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same,
this 14th day of September , 2021.
