The assigned project manager that will oversee the execution of this project is Chris D'Arco,Sr. Field Inspector. The scope of work associated with this grant request includes the removal of one identified beached vessel located within the Collier County Coastal System situated along the waters and shoreline of Clam Pass Park beach. The marine contractor will be responsible for the vessel crane extraction and offshore removal to an approved disposal site as per Federal,State, and local laws, codes,ordinances, standards and regulations. The assigned project manager will coordinate with the contractor and remain on site during the removal process. Photographs of the project progress will be properly taken for the vessel that is removed. The Project Manager will also map the removal location using GIS coordinates.
