ANNUAL AGREEMENT FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT,made and entered into on this &O i ,by and between
Chris-Tel Company of Southwest Florida, Inc. d/b/a Chris-Tel eonstiliction (the "Contractor") and
Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (the "County" or "Owner")(collectively,
the "Parties"):
WHEREAS, on June 25, 2019 (Agenda Item 16.C.9), the County entered into Agreement No.
19-7525 (the "Agreement") with Contractor to provide maintenance, renovations, and repairs to County
facilities and buildings; and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to modify the threshold requirement for
Board approval on work assignments from projects costing in excess of$200,000 to projects costing in
excess of$400,000; and
WHEREAS, the Parties agree that by increasing the dollar threshold for approval, County staff
can solicit bids more efficiently from all its contractors under the Agreement,thereby allowing for a more
expeditious commencement of critical work projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained,
it is agreed by the Parties as follows:

1. The Parties agree that Exhibit A, Scope of Services, to Agreement No. 19-7525 shall
be amended as follows:
