The budget is hereby amended to reflect the additional services to be provided: a. The following line items are revised: i. Transportation Provider Payments is increased from $131,790.83 to $263,581.66. ii. Personnel Salary and Fringe is increased from $13,209.17 to $26,418.34. b. The following line item is added: i. Other: Background Screenings and Testing in the amount of$5,000. 4. Section 3 "Payment Schedule" is hereby amended. Deliverables 1 — 5 have been processed for payment, and the new "Payment Schedule" begins with Deliverable 6, amended as follows: a.
