(the "Contractor") and Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (the "County") (collectively,the"Parties"): WHEREAS, on June 23, 2020, (Agenda Item 11.D), the County entered into two Agreements with Contractor to provide hardware ("Hardware Agreement") and installation of a new phone system for the County ("Professional Services Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Professional Services Agreement to revise Section 3, Project Delivery and Time Estimates, to extend the period of time for this project engagement from an estimated 365 days to two years, to allow for the continued availability of professional services necessary to complete the installation of the new phone system, as a result of Covid-related delays.
