RECONFIRMING 'FILE APPOINTMENT OF .MEMBERS TO
TIlE COI.LIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCE.MENI' BOARI).
WttEREAS. (.'oilier County ()rdinance No. 92-80. as amended bv Ordinance No. 96-78.
provides that the Collier County (',,dc l'~nforccmcnt Boards shall consist of seven mcmbcrs and
m'o alternate members: and
WIIEREAS. there arc currently ~ acancics on thc Code Enforcement Board; and
WIIEREAS. the Board of ('~mnty Conlmissioners previously provided public nolice
soliciting applications from interested panics; and
WHEREAS. the Board of Uounty Comnii~sioner~ desires to reconfim~ the appointment
of Dyrel Delancy who '.,,'as previously appointed for the purpose of fulfilling a vacant tcm~ plus
an additional term.
