Restore historical tidal exchange with cross drainpipes;
Night work will be avoided for safety reasons. Some night work might be needed during construction of two drainage crossings.
Access/egress to Goodland will be maintained 24/7. At least one lane will be open with signs and flagging operations being used, as needed.
Commence March of 2021; project duration – 9 months
