In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip N/A should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines! 8. The document was approved by the BCC on January 12,2021 and all changes made AM during the meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on January 26, 1993 adopted Resolution No. 93-29 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment for 1991; and' WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on September 13, 1994 adopted Resolution No. 1994-668 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment for 1992;and WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on September 20, 1994, adopted Resolution No. 94-694 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment for 1993; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on August 22, 1995, adopted Resolution No. 95-475 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment for 1994; and WHEREAS,pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on August 1, 2000, adopted Resolution No. 2000-237 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment for 1996;and WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, requires the Board to approve by Resolution and record in the Official Records Satisfactions of Lien on all accounts that have been paid in full.
