Change Order#3R.3 also adds 22 days to the contract time to account for weather delays and additional unanticipated conditions and infrastructure conflicts discovered during construction. 2. This Change Order#3R.3 is necessitated by changed conditions encountered by the Contractor that were not reflected in the construction plans available at the time of the original contract, and by discrepancies discovered between the plans and the bid form. 3.
