RESOLUTION NO. 2007-56
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
THE HALDEMAN CREEK DREDGING MAINTENANCE
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on December 12, 2006, the Board of County Commissioners
adopted Collier County Ordinance No. 2006-60, establishing the Haldeman Creek
MSTU and creating the Haldeman Creek Dredging Maintenance Advisory
Committee; and
WHERAS, the Haldeman Creek Dredging Maintenance Advisory Committee is
composed of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public
notice soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the members listed
below are hereby appointed to the Haldeman Creek Dredging Maintenance
Advisory Committee, with their respective categories and terms listed as follows:
