RESOLUTION OF THE COLLIER COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE ATTACHED
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTAION GRANT AGREEMENT
G1B89 WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS,the Collier County Airport Authority has the authority to enter into the attached
agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to undertake projects as authorized by
Chapter 332, Florida Statutes,and Section 14-60 of the Florida Administrative Code, and Ordinance
2004-03.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Collier County Airport Authority,Collier
County,Collier County, Florida, that:
1. Amendment No. 1 to Public Transportation Grant Agreement(PTGA)Number G1B89 for
additional funding for the extension of Taxiway C at the Immokalee Regional Airport,
Financial Management Number 441783-1-94-01, attached hereto, is hereby approved.
2. The Chairman of the Collier County Airport Authority, Burt L. Saunders, is authorized to
enter into, modify or terminate Amendment No. I to PTGA Number G1B89 with the
Florida Department of Transportation unless and until it may be specifically rescinded.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
ADOPTED this 8th day of December 2020 after motion, second and majority vote in favor of
adoption.

THIS AMENDMENT TO THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION GRANT AGREEMENT("Amendment")is made and entered
into on , by and between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation
("Department'), and Collier County Airport Authority, ("Agency"),collectively referred to as the"Parties."
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Department and the Agency on 11/4/2019 (date original Agreement entered)entered into a Public
Transportation Grant Agreement("Agreement").
WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to modify the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW THEREFORE. in consideration of the mutual covenants in this Amendment, the Agreement is amended as
follows:
1. Amendment Description. The project is amended to add construction phase funding.
2. Program Area. For identification purposes only, this Agreement is implemented as part of the Department

4. Project Cost.
The estimated total cost of the Project is X increased/_ decreased by$1,907,606 bringing the revised total
cost of the project to$2,141,171.
The Department's participation is X increased/_ decreased by $95,380.The Department agrees to participate
in the Project cost up to the maximum amount of$107,058, and, additionally the Department's participation in
the Project shall not exceed 5.00% of the total eligible cost of the Project.
Except as modified,amended,or changed by this Amendment,all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any
amendments thereto shall remain in full force and effect.
