RESOLUTION NO. 2007-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COllIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT WIllIAM
CONRAD WlllKOMM TO THE BAYSHORE/AVAlON
BEAUTIFICATION MSTU ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1997, the Board of County Commissioners adopted
Collier County Ordinance No. 97-82, establishing the Bayshore/Avalon Beautification
Municipal Service Taxing Unit and creating the Bayshore/ Avalon Beautification MSTU
Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 97-82 provides that the Bayshore/Avalon
Beautification MSTU Advisory Committee shall consist of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
,
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that-William Conrad Willcomm,
resident of the MSTU District, is hereby appointed to the Bayshore/ Avalon Beautification
MSTU Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to
commence March 3, 2009.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
